Reserve Funding Issue
On February 1, 2024, there was a special Unit Rep Council meeting with Shawne Cryderman, HOA2 Board Secretary and Campbell Chaney, Finance Committee Chair, & former Board Treasurer -- spending 2 hours with the unit reps on the Replacement Reserve Fund (RRF) Analysis. The attached meeting minutes contain Shawne's opening message, requesting that unit reps serve as a source of accurate information on RRF to residents. I have also attached a copy of Campbell's abbreviated slides.
